Holacracy Practitioners is a group of people who are tasting holacracy in their daily work and developing organisations, not only during theoretical workshops; we are experimenting, testing, looking for our own path - and we want to share our experience with others.

He has worked with development process improvements and standards, moving organization to the self-organization and holacracy.
Karolina has an extensive experience in communication, marketing, PR and brand management. Throughout her career at XSolve she has held various Holacratic roles including Lead-Link, Rep-Link and Facilitator. Currently she holds roles within the Growth Circle connected with brand awareness and content writing.
